Lessons from the Baseball Field

Daughter runs through a t-ball game in progress on a mission to get to the swings.

MOM: “Don’t run through the field!”

DAUGHTER: “I’m not running through the field. I’m running through the grass.”

MOM: “Honey, the grass is the field.”

Semantics. Very important.
