If you take your daughter on a bike ride…

If you take your daughter on a bike ride, she’s going to want to stop and check the mail. If she checks the mail, she’s going to need your keys. When she hands you the mail, you are going to be distracted. If you are distracted, you aren’t going to notice your keys are missing until the next morning. If it’s morning, you probably need to leave in five minutes. If you need to leave in five minutes and you can’t find your keys, you may call your spouse in a panic. If you are panicking, it might take 20 minutes of frantic searching before finding your keys. If you found your keys, they were probably in the shed in your daughter’s bike basket. If you tell the story of finding your keys in the bike basket in the shed to enough people, it might sound funny.

Eventually.
